Our Process

A consulting practice, shaped like a studio.

We work the way a director works a film — not the way a vendor works a quote. Every engagement starts with your product and the people who have to understand it. The deliverables follow from that, never the other way around.

The Arc

Four beats. One continuous conversation.

The same arc that opens on the home page, here in full — what each stage feels like to work through, and what actually gets made.

01

Discovery

We sit with the product, your existing materials, and the moment in your business where clarity is missing — a demo that stalls, installers who keep calling, a training program nobody finishes. No assumptions, no templates. You walk us through how it really works; we ask the questions your audience doesn’t know how to.

What it feels like — a working conversation, not a discovery deck. You talk, we listen, and we come back with what we heard before anyone touches a camera or a keyframe.

02

Direction

Before anything is produced, we define the visual program — what gets built, in what order, in what register — and align it with how your sales, install, training, and support teams actually work. This is the step most studios skip. It’s the one that keeps you from paying for something that looks good but explains the wrong thing.

What it feels like — you see the plan before the spend. A clear map of the work, the sequence, and the reasoning, agreed together before we commit a single asset.

03

Production

3D, photography, live action, scripting, narration, and original music are all produced in-house, under one creative direction. That’s why a sales piece, an install video, and a training walkthrough end up feeling like they belong to the same product — because the same hands made them, the same way, on purpose.

The craft — modeling and animation, on-set capture, scriptwriting and voice, custom score, color and post. No handoffs between five vendors, no seams where the voice changes.

04

Deployment

We deliver work packaged for where it actually has to live — sales decks, install handbooks, training portals, product pages, support flows. The goal was never to hand over assets. It’s to give your teams, dealers, and customers visual tools that hold up in real conversations, real training, and real support calls.

What it feels like — you don’t get a download link and a goodbye. You get a system your people can each find their own way through.

You don’t need it all figured out.

Most of our best engagements start with a rough description and a real conversation. Helpful starting points — if you have them — include CAD files, product photos, manuals, installation guides, existing video, sales decks, or just the customer questions you keep hearing. Shaping that raw material into a clear visual plan is part of our job. Starting from scratch is fine too.

Start a Conversation

When you’re ready, start with the product.

No automated sequence, no pressure. Tell us what you make and what’s getting in the way of people understanding it — we’ll take it from there.
